Since 1997, RPh Professional Search has been committed to helping Employers recruit, hire, and retain quality pharmacists. We recognize that Employers have many search firms at their disposal. RPh Professional Search will work hard to listen to your needs and do our best to help you locate quality candidates. Our services are offered strictly on a contingency basis, giving you the flexibility to maximize your search process by exploring many options. As an Employer working with RPh Professional Search, you will have the assurance in knowing that you are working with a company that is 100% dedicated to the pharmacy profession and has been successfully placing pharmacists only for over 11 years.
Our firm offers many services designed to assist our Employers. It is important to note that our firm does not tele-market pharmacists. Our previous Employers have expressed appreciation that we do not engage in this practice. Most placement firms telephonically solicit pharmacists at work for the purpose of hiring them away from your facility. RPh Professional Search has not and will not solicit pharmacists in the workplace.

Candidate Screening
All candidates are screened by our pharmacist owner, Adam DeBruin RPh, prior to being submitted to an Employer. His extensive pharmacy practice experience gives him the unique tools needed to identify qualified pharmacists for your available positions.
Online Advertising
RPh Professional Search advertises, free of charge, all contracted positions on our website. In addition, we network with several leading healthcare websites to give your positions maximum exposure, 24/7. It is important to note that our online ads give pharmacists enough information to attract interest without giving Employer identifiable information. Once a pharmacist expresses interest in an available position, they are forwarded back to our firm for additional screening, thus saving you time and money. Only pharmacists that have been properly screened will be forwarded to you, our client for employment consideration.
National Postcard Mailouts
While online advertising is a valuable tool, RPh Professional Search also believes in the proven benefit of direct mailings. Each month, we send postcards to thousands of pharmacists according to our annual marketing plan. Our goal in this program is to reach pharmacists that may not be searching online or have an interest in a confidential job search. RPh Professional Search finds an increased number of pharmacists are avoiding internet job searches due to confidentiality concerns. This targeted marketing plan reaches those pharmacists and helps us locate quality, employed pharmacists! We are often able to connect with pharmacists licensed within your state and residing in or out of state.
Contingency Search
RPh Professional Search provides services to Employers strictly on a contingency basis giving Employers flexibility in filling open pharmacy positions. There is no fee or obligation unless a pharmacist from our firm is hired. Many Employers nationwide are avoiding retained search contracts as they severely limit options and can be costly.
National Meetings
RPh Professional Search is an active member of ASHP and annually attends the national ASHP Clinical Midyear Meeting, attended by over 20,000 pharmacists. In addition, we participate in various state pharmacy association meetings and pharmacy school job fairs. These forums give us direct access to some of the top pharmacists in the country and the ability to promote your available positions.

Our newly designed website was created to enhance visibility with pharmacists across the nation. Our website receives hundreds of visits per week from pharmacists in all 50 states.
