RPh Professional Search advertises, free of charge, all contracted positions on our website. In addition, we network with several leading healthcare websites to give your positions maximum exposure, 24/7. It is important to note that our online ads give candidates enough information to attract interest without giving Employer identifiable information. Once a candidate expresses interest in an available position, they are forwarded back to our firm for additional screening, thus saving you time and money. Only those that have been properly screened will be forwarded to you, our client for employment consideration.
RPh Professional Search provides services to Employers strictly on a contingency basis giving Employers flexibility in filling open hospital pharmacy positions. There is no fee or obligation unless a candidate from our firm is hired. Many Employers nationwide are avoiding retained search contracts as they severely limit options and can be costly.
